Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staff supervision, and safe storage of materials and finished goods. The role ensures accurate stock management through Oracle EBS, efficient space utilization, timely dispatch support, and compliance with warehouse safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including storage, loading, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and real-time updates in Oracle EBS.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse staff and forklift operators.
• Maintain warehouse organization, storage optimization, and equipment availability.
• Ensure products are properly packed, labeled, and stored safely.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and PPE compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety standards.
• English proficiency required; Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
