Job Summary

Responsible for managing overall warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient storage, timely dispatch, and smooth coordination with logistics and procurement teams. Oversees staff and maintains safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

• Implement FIFO/LIFO, proper storage systems, and material handling procedures.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production for stock availability and delivery schedules.

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and ensure performance standards.

• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HSE guidelines.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

• Handle material discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns.

• Monitor warehouse equipment usage (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 3–7 years of warehouse management experience in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).

• Good understanding of UAE logistics procedures and warehouse regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
