Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM/customer databases regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Marble & Tiles Expeirnce
- Arabic nationality
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- UAE driving license is preferred (if applicable to the role).
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
