Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved. The role leads production teams, monitors workflow, optimizes productivity, and coordinates with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Allocate manpower and resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Prepare production reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/production management systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
