Job Profile Summary

The Production Supervisor – Marble & Tiles is responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves supervising the production team, coordinating workflow, monitoring machinery and materials, maintaining production records, and ensuring products meet company quality standards. The supervisor also works closely with other departments to ensure smooth and timely production.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marble, granite, tiles, or stone manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage production staff, allocate work, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure workplace safety, minimize production downtime, and maintain production records.
