Job Profile Summary

The Mason is responsible for carrying out masonry work, including bricklaying, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and finishing activities as per project specifications. The role requires delivering high-quality workmanship while following safety standards and completing assigned tasks within project timelines.

Qualification & Experience

• High school education or ITI/trade certificate is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mason in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Skilled in brickwork, blockwork, plastering, concrete finishing, and tile installation.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and use masonry tools safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform brick, block, stone, plastering, and tile installation work according to project requirements.
• Measure, cut, and align materials to ensure accurate installation.
• Repair and maintain masonry structures as required.
• Follow site safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently and on schedule.
