Position Summary

The Helper/Picker supports warehouse operations by efficiently picking, packing, organizing, and moving materials or products. The role ensures smooth workflow, timely order fulfilment, and maintains cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and collect items as per order sheets, invoices, or packing lists.

• Pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Load and unload materials, goods, and shipments.

• Assist with sorting, stacking, organizing, and storing materials in designated areas.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of shelves, bins, and storage spaces.

• Support in inventory counts, stock checks, and reporting of shortages.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors for smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School education preferred.

• Should know basic mathematics.

• Should be able to read and write basic English.

• Should have no physical ailments and must be fit for manual duties.

• Preferred age range: 25 to 35 years.

• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments.
