General Manager – Salon & Medispa

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead a well-established ladies’ salon in Sharjah and drive its next phase of growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of management experience in a salon, spa, medispa, aesthetic clinic or beauty centre, including minimum 2 years of UAE/GCC experience. The role involves full responsibility for revenue growth, operations, team leadership, client conversion, rebooking, new treatment launches, supplier management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own monthly revenue targets, profitability and commercial performance.
- Lead and develop a team of 21+ professionals.
- Improve client conversion, rebooking, average bill value and retail sales.
- Launch and commercially develop new beauty, skin, body and wellness treatments.
- Manage equipment selection, pricing, treatment economics and supplier relationships.
- Oversee salon operations, staffing, stock, SOPs, CRM, POS and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies to convert enquiries into bookings and revenue.
- Manage UAE licensing, regulatory compliance, staff certifications and inspection readiness.
- Build memberships, packages, treatment programmes and new revenue streams.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of management experience in salon/spa/medispa/aesthetic/beauty operations.
- Minimum 2 years’ UAE/GCC experience.
- Proven experience achieving revenue targets and launching new treatments/devices.
- Strong knowledge of salon/spa operations, P&L, treatment margins and costs.
- Experience managing 15+ frontline employees.
- Working knowledge of UAE beauty/aesthetic licensing requirements.
- Strong recruitment, training, sales and performance-management skills.
- Excellent English communication, analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with booking, POS and CRM systems.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: AED 10,000–12,000/month
- Performance Bonus: AED 2,000–8,000/month
- On-Target Earnings: AED 12,000–20,000/month

- Fixed salary is inclusive of housing and transport allowance.
Preferred: CIDESCO/ITEC/NVQ or equivalent; UAE driving licence; experience with UAE salon/clinic licensing; Sharjah/Northern Emirates experience; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu language skills.
