Key Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years of total experience with strong UAE market exposure.

• Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken & written).

• Strong technical knowledge with proven sales and business development skills.

• Experienced in people management, operations leadership, and P&L responsibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute business plans (short & long term), define KRAs & KPIs, and set growth strategies in coordination with the CEO.

• Lead and manage factory operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery of goods and services.

• Drive business growth in Terrazzo and Marble contracting segments.

• Ensure adherence to quality, safety standards, and company policies within the unit.

• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Manage and allocate resources effectively for maximum output.

• Oversee full P&L accountability for the business unit.

• Promote transparency, effective communication, and strong collaboration across departments.

• Implement efficient management information systems (MIS) and reporting mechanisms for decision-making.
