Requirements :

• 1–2 years experience in furnace / foundry / steel or manufacturing industry
• Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature environments
• Willingness to work in shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assist in furnace operations and material handling
• Load/unload raw materials into the furnace
• Monitor temperature and support operators as instructed
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times
• Report any faults or hazards to supervisor
