Job Profile Summary

The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, fixtures, and formwork as per project specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure timely completion of construction activities.

Qualification & Experience

• High school education or ITI/Trade Certificate in Carpentry is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Carpenter in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Skilled in shuttering/formwork, woodwork, installation, and finishing.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and safely operate carpentry tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, doors, windows, furniture, and formwork.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete assigned work on schedule.
