Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bus Driver with solid UAE driving experience to safely transport passengers/staff to designated locations. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company buses for staff/pickup/drop-off routes.

• Follow assigned routes and schedules as per company requirements.

• Ensure the bus is always clean, well-maintained, and road-worthy.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately.

• Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety guidelines.

• Maintain order and safety among passengers during travel.

• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting when required.

• Keep accurate logbooks, mileage, fuel usage, and trip sheets.

• Report accidents or incidents promptly to the supervisor.

• Coordinate with transport and admin team for route updates or changes.

• Perform basic troubleshooting in case of minor vehicle issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License Category 5 or 6 (as required).

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE driving experience as a bus driver.

• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.

• Ability to read and follow maps, schedules, and instructions.

• Physically fit and able to work long hours or shifts.

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is an advantage).

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and safe driving habits.

• Clean driving record with no major violations.
