1. Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, web design and multimedia presentation
2. 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
3. Adaptive design eye and skill
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
