Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines for manufacturing metal or mechanical parts. The candidate should be able to read drawings, set materials, check measurements, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines such as CNC Lathe, Milling, or Drilling machines
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Read technical drawings and work instructions
• Set tools and machine parameters as per job requirements
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools
• Maintain production quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
• Report machine issues or defects to supervisor
• Follow safety rules and company procedures

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred
• Experience in CNC machine operation
• Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of machine settings and tooling
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts
• Responsible and hardworking
