Job Summary:
Oversee and manage all procurement operations for interior and construction projects — ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing and quality materials to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Identify, evaluate & maintain vendor and supplier relationships.

Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.

Coordinate with project, design, and finance teams to forecast material needs.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment as per project schedule.

Review and approve purchase orders, quotations, and tenders.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
-
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ERP records.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial preferred)

5+ years experience as Procurement Manager in interior/construction field

Strong in vendor management, sourcing & cost negotiation
-
Arabic-speaking candidates preferred

Proficient in ERP systems & MS Office
-
Excellent communication, leadership & organizational skills
