Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Rolling Operators to operate and maintain rolling mill equipment used in shaping metal materials. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating rolling machines, monitoring production quality, and ensuring smooth workflow in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor rolling mill machinery to produce materials as per specifications.

• Adjust machine settings to control parameters such as speed, pressure, and temperature.

• Inspect finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

• Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets.

Education & Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma / ITI / Technical Diploma (Mechanical or Metallurgical preferred)

• Experience: 2–5 years in rolling mill or metal forming operations (steel/aluminum industry preferred)

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of rolling mill equipment and production processes

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and gauges

  • Basic understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
